Important Information

    If you want to redeem a repossessed vehicle, first contact your lender to make sure a release has been sent to All Out Recovery. We cannot release the vehicle without proper authorization. No release is needed for property redemption.

  2. schedule an appointment

    Use the link below to request a day and time for your vehicle or property redemption.

    Once we get your request, we’ll:

    • Review your account

    • Confirm any fees owed

    • Take care of anything else needed to book your appointment

    Make sure your phone number and email are correct. The address for our location will be sent by email or text the morning of your appointment.

    Bring a valid driver’s license. Don’t have one? A government-issued photo ID works too. No ID? Call us before your appointment.

  3. PAYMENT METHOD

    We only accept cash for all transactions. While electronic payments are convenient, we do not accept them at this time.

    Please arrive with the exact amount as our staff is not always able to make change. This helps us maintain efficiency, security, and compliance to provide the best and quickest service possible.

  4. late arrival

    We allow a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you cannot arrive within that time, your appointment will be cancelled. It’s your responsibility to reschedule for another available day.
